My method of training involves a commitment to exercise with a trainer, guided nutrition coaching, recovery through cold plunge and/or sauna, and supervised additional cardio activity outside of your training sessions. All of this is included in the training rate of $60 per session and offered at a private personal training facility in Nashville, TN. Sound too good to be true? I have been doing personal training consistently for over 10 years. Through my years of experience,​ I have recognized that all people respond differently to different modes of exercise. There is no one size fits all model to personal training. I customize each persons exercise program differently according to their specific goals, needs, personal assessment, etc. On top of this, I provide each of my clients with a customized nutrition program to follow. In developing each person's exercise program, I adhere as much as possible to the principles of functional movement training. Through the years I have witnessed some pretty incredible results. Through functional training you are able to build strength while improving mobility, flexibility, gait, and posture. This method performed at varying levels of intensity and difficulty is the right method for anyone’s fitness goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first time meeting is for a fitness consultation. The consultation is an opportunity to talk about fitness goals, exercise background, injury history, or any medical considerations. After the consultation, I will outline to you a program that is specific to your current level of physical fitness and most appropriate to help you reach your goals.
