Through the My615Fit app, I’ll also send you custom workouts (with videos) for when we’re not training together, and I can guide your nutrition to help you stay consistent. I’m a certified personal trainer with 7+ years of experience, working with clients from ages 8 to 83. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer 60 minute sessions at $85 per session. I also offer discounted package deals when paid in full. Remote/Online Training starts at $250 per month.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin with a complimentary consultation where we go over fitness history and discuss future fitness goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up in sports, playing everything from hockey to football. After that that, I transitioned in to calisthenics training and group fitness. During that time, I developed a passion for functional fitness training and overall health and wellness. My desire is to extend that knowledge and passion to others.
