My name is Volodymyr. I practice ATG. What ATG stands for is Athletics Truth Group and was developed by Ben Patrick (famously known as “Knees Over Toes Guy”). ATG training focuses on building strength and conditioning while simultaneously bulletproofing the body from injury! It is also a training method that develops incredible athletic ability for people all ages. Work with kids, teenagers, adults and elderly on injury prevention, strength, weight loss and lean muscle gain. ‍ Most traditional strength and conditioning programs do not address structural imbalances and mobility issues of the body. Neglecting these areas is why most people, despite hard efforts, end up broken, injured, and frustrated with their training results. So I’ll be emailing you a weekly training program that targets both hypertrophy and strengthening through stretching exercises. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First session is FREE during which we’ll go through express workout, quick physical evaluation and easement. No commitments after first class. We only keep going if you like what I have to offer. Thank you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Did competitive powerlifting, bodybuilding and armwrestiling. NASM, TRX and ATG Certified personal trainer. Also sports nutrition/supplements specialist with 7 years of experience now.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Been helping people with advice in the gym for a very long time. But during the pandemic I realised that it’s more important than ever before to motivate people to get out there and keep being physically active because being active is being alive! That’s what we as humans are designed for.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Men, women, kids 12+ years old. 50+ years old clients. Everyone who’s willing to work hard to become better version of themselves.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Being able to motivate someone to consistently show up to the gym 3 times a week. Person never worked out prior.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who has passion for it. And trust me it’s easy to find out if the person is passionate about what he does. You can feel it during your first conversation.
