What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

"Best rates in town." I have a very wide range of rates. I offer multiple discounts along with weekly specials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start off all my new customers extremely basic to assure they're comfortable with the surroundings and to assure our communication is exceptional before we begin the route of getting them guaranteed results through hard work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am still growing and learning 100%. But I'm extremely confident with all types of training through work with over 30 different clients, endless research, and of course my nationally certified personal training certification.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been an athlete in the past and have been in the gym since a young age. I love helping people and inspiring people. I have wanted to be a personal trainer since my junior year in high school.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers. From two eleven year old boys trying to lose weight all the way to a 65 year old woman wanting to be stronger as well as more functional.

The only question customers should answer is if they're ready for true commitment to bettering themselves or not.
