What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have all kinds of different price structures to fit your budget and help you achieve your fitness goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have them talk with our Fitness Director to see what their needs, wants and goals are & to see whether they prefer a female or male trainer. Once that is learned we map out their journey for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Always are continuing CEU's. Knowledge is POWER!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was 14, I trained all my friends in my parents garage and fell in love with teaching others about fitness.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The majority of our clients sign up with less than 30 pounds to loose and simply want to eat better, get in shape and remain in shape. We work with children and we also have several 90 year old clients we train and mentor.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helping Ted who is 72 years old rehabilitate from a stroke, who made a full recovery!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Certifications and CPR are a MUST; however, make sure they can APPLY what they have learned. I've seen a lot of BIG degree's, but weren't able to convey what they had learned in a fun and non-degrading way.

How COMMITTED are you? How DISCIPLINED are you? How DETERMINED are you?
