Introduction

Hi! My name is Adrianna Simondi. I am a nutritionist, fitness coach, personal trainer and the master to making the journey to your goals, easier. As my client you will have the advantage of one-on-one attention from a NASM-certified personal trainer and individual program design. I have over 17 years of experience in the gym industry and have helped many people reach their goals sustainably. Whether you’re in a stubborn plateau, looking to lose weight, reduce stress, tone muscle, increase your strength and stamina, have a special event, or simply need someone to push you to get the results you want- I can help achieve your goals! I offer private, partner, virtual sessions or online coaching. Workouts are tailored to your specific needs and goals. For me, being part of someone's life journey is one of the most rewarding, humbling, strengthening gifts imaginable. Watching clients willing to face their own barriers and then break them down. Watching their moods change, their bodies change, and their perception of life change… This is why I love my job. As we make good habits in working out, you apply those principles in your everyday life. It's not about just looking fit, it's about actually being fit. Feel free to reach out on here or message me on Instagram (@adrianna.simondi) or email (adrianna.simondi.fitness (@) gmail.com if you have any questions or would like a complementary consultation.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is ALL Inclusive service meaning you pay BY SESSION (between $55-75/session) on a monthly basis for your training services, however, you get MUCH MORE than that. I include: Every session is a 50-60 minutes. Weekly workouts to do on the days we are not together. Nutrition coaching and cardio program based on your goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The first step is booking a complementary phone consultation. Through this call I get to hear about your goals, injury history, workout history, and lifestyle. From there, we can book a first session and work on creating a plan that you can stick to and turn into a lifestyle not just a four or eight week diet.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have o bet 17 years experience in the gym industry and have own my owned personal training business for 9 years and hold serval certification through NASM.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always loved the outdoors, staying active and playing sports since I was a child. I started working out when I was about 16 years old and fell in love with seeing results and how it made me feel. Fitness has given me so much confidence, discipline, determination has helped improve my life in so many areas outside of the gym. I just want to share my enthusiasm and love for fitness with my clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types! I have worked with clients as old as 75 and as young as 11 years old. I have helped clients achieve a wide range of goals, whether it’s weight loss, building strength, rehab with an injury, breaking through stubborn plateaus, accountability, getting ready for an event or helping maintain where they are at.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I had a female client signed up with me 3 weeks ago weight loss. She works out with me two days a week, goes on 20 minute walks three days a week and she is already down 15lbs and is feeling more energized!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The most effective fitness program is the one that you stick to. Make sure you find a trainer who can continually help you build and maintain healthy, rewarding, realistic exercise, nutrition, sleep, and other wellness behavior changes that not only deliver results, but make them sustainable. You also want a trainer who can adapt with you and your circumstances.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What are your fitness goals, and what have been your biggest challenges in achieving them? We all need support and accountability to reach our potential. Your trainer will help you build strategies to break through those barriers, and, more importantly, help you actually follow through on them.
