How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began developing athletes and pushing them to reach the potential I saw in them. Motivating, inspiring others have always been a character trait I've possessed. These qualities helped me become a strong leader within the United States Marine Corps and now as a independent gym owner / trainer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Weight loss, firming and toning, muscle strength, body building, cross training, suspension training (TRX), meal planning. I am also a certified Nike SPARQ Trainer (Speed, Power, Reaction, Quickness). I work with many athletes to develop their skills to become a dominate player on the field and leader among their peers. Competition prep for body building (Men’s Physique, Classic, Bikini, Figure), powerlifting, camp gladiator games.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I'm a goal oriented trainer where my clients set their goals and I apply my knowledge and experience assisting my clients reach those goals safely. There are many training modalities and diets to attain a common goal. My job is to find what works best for you and becoming your coach who will hold you accountable.
