What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Sessions are discounted based on training package. 1 session = $150 vs 15 sessions = $1500(100 per)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A typical process for working with a new client is getting to know their health and fitness history. Helping them set a SMART(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goal. Programming a workout routine tailored to helping them reach said goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Nasm CPT, USAW Sports Performance Coach, USPA Strength & Powerlifting Coach, Strength Sensei's Kinetic Chain Enhancement, TRX multimodality lvl 2.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always had a passion for fitness and loved the feeling of reaching certain goals. So I decided to help others get that same feeling while learning to live healthier lifestyle.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've had clients from all walks of life and ages.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helped a client prepare for his first powerlifting meet in which he broke the CA state record for the deadlift in his weight class and age group at 51yr young. He set the new record at 253kg - 556.6lb.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check them out for a session before commiting to purchasing any packages/program. Both you and the trainer need to make sure it's a good fit and that you'll get along.
