We sell In Person sessions in packages of 4,8,12, and 20. Online Coaching is offered in 3,6, and 12 month commitments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meeting up for a free consultation, getting to know them, their current lifestyle, and goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working out when I was 15, I fell in love with lifting, the healthy lifestyle, and all the benefits that come with it. I then started helping a lot of friends on their fitness and health journeys along the way and decided to make a career out of it to be able to help even more people!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds! Young men/women, pregnant women, middle aged men/women, teenagers, and the elderly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To find someone who is knowledgeable on what they want to achieve and who is leading by example.

What their goals are and what their purpose to start is.
