Introduction

I provide private, one-on-one and partner training sessions wherever you feel most comfortable—whether that’s your home, a nearby park, or even your apartment gym. I bring fully mobile, professional-grade equipment to every session, so you never have to compromise on quality. I also offer training in my private home facility, designed to mimic a clean, professional studio without the crowds, wait times, or distractions of a commercial gym. I specialize in corrective exercise, weight loss, and hypertrophy, and I tailor every program around your individual movement patterns and goals. My approach is progressive, methodical, and backed by over a decade of experience. Most of my clients stay with me for several years, not just because of results—but because of the experience, trust, and connection we build together. But what truly sets me apart is my story. At birth, I was diagnosed with Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber Syndrome—a rare vascular disorder that affects blood vessels, bones, and soft tissues. This has led to years of surgeries, including aneurysm repair, tumor removals, partial muscle removal in my right leg, and complete reconstruction of my chest due to a separate condition called Pectus Excavatum. Doctors told me I would never be able to squat or sit or stand for long without pain. And they were right—I live with chronic pain every single day. I’ve weighed as much as ~240 pounds and dropped as low as 115 at 6’3”. I’ve been told what I can’t do more times than I can count. I’ve been prescribed up to 30 pills a day. But through years of trial, therapy, physical rehab, and sheer willpower, I changed my path. I swapped out medication for movement. I transformed my pain into purpose. I’ve lived on every end of the spectrum—weak and strong, broken and rebuilt—and I bring that level of empathy and grit into every session I coach. I don’t just train people—I teach, lead, and walk alongside them. I understand what it means to feel stuck in your body or discouraged by setbacks. But I also know what it takes to move forward. I’ve lived it. This work isn’t just my career. It’s my calling. My passion for fitness changed my life, and now I dedicate myself to helping others find that same freedom and confidence—regardless of where they’re starting from. If you’re looking for someone who blends science, empathy, experience, and relentless support—you’ve found him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Every journey begins with a free consultation. This is our chance to sit down, talk, and genuinely get to know one another to see if we’re the right fit. From there, we’ll dive into your current challenges and goals to get a clear picture of what’s needed to help you move forward. Together, we’ll develop a customized game plan based on your true starting point—no cookie-cutter programs here. Everything is tailored specifically to how you move and what you want to achieve.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 8 years. After spending time in a commercial gym setting, I transitioned to running my own business, where I’ve been independently training clients for more than 7 years. Outside of training, I’m deeply committed to continued growth and education. I regularly study new material, read books, and pursue advanced certifications to continually refine my skills and stay at the forefront of the industry. Here are a few of the certifications I’ve earned over the years: • Certified Personal Trainer – National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) • Certified Personal Trainer – Brookbush Institute of Human Movement Science • Corrective Exercise Specialist – NASM • Evidence-Based Nutrition Coach – NASM • Human Movement Specialist – Brookbush Institute

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My passion for fitness began with my own medical journey. At 16 years old, I had just undergone major chest surgery, weighed only 115 lbs at 6’3”, and struggled with low confidence and energy. My father introduced me to the gym during my recovery, and it completely changed my life. As I trained alongside him, I began to experience not just physical improvements, but mental ones as well—my confidence grew, my energy returned, and for the first time, I felt strong and in control of my body. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to understanding how the body works—especially in the presence of muscular imbalances and dysfunctions. What began as personal healing turned into a professional passion, and I’ve been dedicated ever since to helping others find their own strength, resilience, and confidence through movement.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients over the years—from youth to elderly—each with their own unique goals and challenges. My experience includes helping individuals with low back pain, weight loss, weight gain, muscle building, post-cancer recovery, Parkinson’s disease, pulmonary embolism recovery, and post-surgical rehabilitation (knee, hip, and shoulder), as well as supporting the average healthy individual simply looking to look and feel better. If you have the desire to change, I’m here to help you every step of the way.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I genuinely enjoy working with every client I’ve had the privilege to train, so it’s impossible for me to choose just one to spotlight. Each person’s goals are unique, and all of them are equally important to me. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to help others through my own story and passion for fitness. What’s meant the most over the years isn’t just the results we’ve achieved together—it’s the incredible relationships I’ve built along the way.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I believe the most important part of working with someone is creating a sense of comfort and trust. When I work with a client, I don’t see it as just a trainer-client relationship—I see us as health partners, working together toward a shared goal.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It's always great to have a specific goal or timeline in mind, but if you don't, no problem. Part of my job is to help identify where we're at currently, then from there we'll create a proper gameplan to help you get moving toward your goals.
