What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Session Rate is $125/session Sessions are paid in full for the month based on the frequency, i.e., 2x/week, 3x/week etc This includes workout programming and nutritional guidance for days we don't meet.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Begin with a questionnaire that with be sent through an app which let me know experience, injuries, habits and goals. After the questionnaire I will begin designing a program around their answers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified PT with 5 years of experience along with years of extensive research.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been into fitness from age 12. I really began my fitness journey around 15 which is when I got my first gym membership. With some discipline, research, and desire I was able to make progress. I began to fall more and more in love with this industry which led me to pursue a career in it!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked women, men, and teens. There have been a few clients who have had prior injuries that we've had to work on before we could begin working on any other goals. I create programs for anyone regardless of age and goals!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would definitely recommend thinking about how committed you are to this change/investment. Hiring a trainer is a 50/50 partnership. Communication is key, keep that in mind and I can guarantee results will come.
