Hi! I’m Tyler - a certified holistic fitness and mindset coach with over 13 years of experience. I am on a mission to guide individuals in becoming the best version of themselves. It is SO hard for us, as human beings, to really stick to that habit, create a new workout regimen, and start our dream company, because we are biologically wired to resist change! It is NOT YOUR FAULT. You CAN become your dream self. I provide a variety of services to help you build out your plan, execute, and maintain over time, until it becomes a second nature habit, like brushing your teeth. Together, we will build out your own personalized program with 1 on 1 sessions that may include: personal training, injury prevention, nutritional guidance, breath-work, goal-setting + habit formation, mindset + identity coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy, and spiritual guidance. There is no one-fits-all program here. We might just focus on personal training for the first 6 months, before adding in a breath work session here and there. OR we could fully jump in with workouts, breath-work, journaling, and meditation all combined into one session. Your sessions can be malleable to what makes sense to YOU and where you’re at. I work on a sliding scale rate, based off of your income and what you can afford right now. I do charge more than your standard-big-company or junior trainer, because: - I have over 13 years experience training clients from all over the world: ages 15-80, men + women, CEO’s + interns, in-person + virtual, pregnant + postpartum. - I am continuously educating myself and evolving my practice so that you can get the best and newest coaching techniques. - I don’t take on more clients than I can give my FULL attention to.
