After being a multi-sport athlete my entire life, I was fortunate enough to play college football in Fort Worth, Texas. I received my Bachelors of Exercise Science, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), and MBA. I have always loved fitness and believe everybody benefits from a healthy lifestyle. My passion for fitness only grew stronger after I broke my leg this past year, and had to rebuild myself. I work with athletes to enhance their strength, speed, and overall performance. I also enjoy my work with mature adults to improve mobility and stability. Along with helping those who are recovering from injuries get back to where they once were.
