Introduction

Hello! I thoroughly enjoy helping others realize their athletic, fitness and health goals. I know it can seem daunting and maybe next to impossible after failed attempts to achieve the goals you have set for yourself but my mentality is that through consistency and incremental change improved health is more than possible as I myself began the journey to improved health a few years and quite a few pounds ago. To all my clients I am always only a phone call or message away with tips, advice, and support through out the training, recovery and nutritional recommendation process, I will take the time to make sure that you are adapting & progressing accordingly to your new lifestyle. Whether that be hiking, running, cycling, weightlifting, stretching & even kickboxing & boxing! To any & all who wish to learn, I have been a boxing & kickboxing instructor for 9 years & happily offer beginner boxing & kickboxing instruction!

I train clients in blocks of either 30 mins or one hour. The rate for 30 mins is $35 and for one hour it comes out to $60 an hour for Personal Training. I do drive out to clients with the addition of a $15 fee to cover driving costs. The rate for Boxing lessons are identical to Personal Training $60 for those willing to come to me and $75 an hour for house calls.
