Introduction
I provide private, one-on-one and partner training sessions wherever you feel most comfortable—whether that’s your home, a nearby park, or even your apartment gym. I bring fully mobile, professional-grade equipment to every session, so you never have to compromise on quality. I also offer training in my private home facility, designed to mimic a clean, professional studio without the crowds, wait times, or distractions of a commercial gym. I specialize in corrective exercise, weight loss, and hypertrophy, and I tailor every program around your individual movement patterns and goals. My approach is progressive, methodical, and backed by over a decade of experience. Most of my clients stay with me for several years, not just because of results—but because of the experience, trust, and connection we build together. But what truly sets me apart is my story. At birth, I was diagnosed with Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber Syndrome—a rare vascular disorder that affects blood vessels, bones, and soft tissues. This has led to years of surgeries, including aneurysm repair, tumor removals, partial muscle removal in my right leg, and complete reconstruction of my chest due to a separate condition called Pectus Excavatum. Doctors told me I would never be able to squat or sit or stand for long without pain. And they were right—I live with chronic pain every single day. I’ve weighed as much as ~240 pounds and dropped as low as 115 at 6’3”. I’ve been told what I can’t do more times than I can count. I’ve been prescribed up to 30 pills a day. But through years of trial, therapy, physical rehab, and sheer willpower, I changed my path. I swapped out medication for movement. I transformed my pain into purpose. I’ve lived on every end of the spectrum—weak and strong, broken and rebuilt—and I bring that level of empathy and grit into every session I coach. I don’t just train people—I teach, lead, and walk alongside them. I understand what it means to feel stuck in your body or discouraged by setbacks. But I also know what it takes to move forward. I’ve lived it. This work isn’t just my career. It’s my calling. My passion for fitness changed my life, and now I dedicate myself to helping others find that same freedom and confidence—regardless of where they’re starting from. If you’re looking for someone who blends science, empathy, experience, and relentless support—you’ve found him.
