What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our first meeting I will provide you with a questionnaire to get familiar with your exercise, eating habits, and your goals. Off of this information I will provide you with nutrition recommendations. Then we would start your initial fitness assessment. I use a personal training software that helps me closely monitor your results throughout the entire process. For your first week I will provide you with a free workout plan for times you are not training with me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a certified personal trainer from the International Sports Science Association since 2012. I have several years of experience in boot camp and circuit training during my time of service in the US Armed Forces.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I used to be a trainer at one of the local gyms in Webster. During that time the sales team provided us with majority of our clients. So I have experience with all age groups and levels of ability.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project I am fond of, is actually a project/challenge I performed on myself. Over the past several years I have had many issues with my knees due to being flat footed, according to my doctor. During this time I lost my ability to dunk a basketball. I am 5'10", an a muscular guy so I weigh 220lbs. After only about 3 months of my JUMPSOLE program and Vertimax V8, I am now able to dunk again for the first in over 3 years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Verify that the personal trainer is certified. There is science involved in personal training sessions with clients to help accomplish your goal in a safe and efficient matter. Without this knowledge, training will not be productive or it will possibly lead injuries.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are there any health issues that would prevent you from completely workout sessions? Are you 100% committed to doing what it takes to accomplish you fitness goal?
