What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to use the first couple of sessions to evaluate my clients abilities. We slowly build up strength and put an emphasis on technique. I like to make sure my clients safety comes first and we remain injury free.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a personal trainer since 2014. I’ve been competing in MMA and have fought professionally.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I initially joined a gym to lose weight myself in 2008. Luckily I worked with someone that helped me become a trainer Myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with clients of all ages. I’ve taught kids kickboxing and athletic training. Worked with teenagers and older clients as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Finding a trainer that has a lot of experience and has applied those skills to their own training will help you reach your goals.
