I train out of a fully equipped private studio (MaxWell Performance) in Houston, TX. The studio is located right outside the 610 loop at Voss Rd and I-10. Please only inquire if you’re serious about hiring a pro since each pro gets charged over $35 per lead whether you hire someone or not.
Pricing:
1 session per week (60 minutes/session)-$100/session
2 or more sessions per week (60 minutes/session) will include a personalized meal & workout plan (Full Coaching).
Online Coaching: Includes customized meal plan, workouts, and biweekly checkins as well as updates as needed. ($250 to $300/month)
All sessions are 60 minutes long. During the session we work through proper form, and lifting techniques as I guide you in pushing yourself to your full potential. My workouts are challenging but they will ultimately get you the results you want.
