monthly pricing starting at $280.00, $70.00/hr

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon completion of goal setting I will be running the client through a series of tests to guage their fitness level where I will begin to write their program based on their goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years of training and personal training experience with a BS in Exercise Science, NSCA CSCS Certification, USAW L-2 Certification, CrossFit L2 Certification

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got into health and wellness in 2010 after a bad break up and wanted to change some things in my life, as i progressed in my own fitness endeavors I developed a coaches eye and became a trainer at my local gym.

General population ages 18-65 and youth ages 14-18
