IN-PERSON PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES: 1. Standard Package (8 sessions/month): $680/month (two sessions per week) Includes customized fitness programs, accountability, lifestyle coaching, nutrition guidance, strength and mobility training. Ideal for clients committed to consistent training and meaningful, sustainable results. 2. Maintenance Package (5 sessions/month): $500/month Includes personalized training sessions, nutrition guidance, mobility training, and lifestyle support. Perfect for clients seeking professional guidance and accountability with fewer monthly sessions. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Travel Fee Policy: For locations beyond a 15-minute drive, a monthly travel fee of $50 will be added directly to your monthly total (making the monthly rate: $730 for 8 sessions/month or $550 for 5 sessions/month). Payment Terms: All packages must be prepaid monthly. Single-session training is not offered. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be utilized within the purchased month (sessions do not roll over). All pricing is clear and upfront: 8 sessions per month (2x weekly): $750/month 5 sessions per month: $500/month A monthly travel fee of $50 applies for clients located more than 15 minutes away, added directly into the monthly payment (totaling $800 for 8 sessions, or $550 for 5 sessions). Packages must be prepaid monthly—single-session training or pay-as-you-go sessions are not available. Sessions must be used within the month and do not roll over. My onboarding process is simple, clear, and designed to set clients up for success: Initial Consultation: We begin with a brief consultation call or meeting to discuss your fitness goals, health history, preferences, and availability, ensuring we're a good fit to work together. Complete Intake Forms: You'll complete a Client Intake and Goal Setting Form to help me better understand your fitness level, goals, limitations, and lifestyle. Monthly Payment and Scheduling: Once you're ready, you'll choose your preferred training package and complete your monthly payment upfront. We then schedule your training sessions at times convenient for you. Customized Training Program: I'll create a personalized fitness plan designed specifically to your goals, fitness level, and preferences, adjusting as needed to ensure continuous progress. Start Training: We'll begin our sessions according to your schedule, monitoring your progress closely, adapting the training plan as we go, and providing ongoing support and accountability. How did you get started doing this type of work?

Personal Training started shortly after resigning from law enforcement. I took pride in that field of work and helping the community but as single mom, the work schedule conflicted with taking care of my children. I’ve always been passionate about fitness because it helped me in many ways through my struggles. It was the perfect opportunity to still help others through my passion.

I think it’s really important to ask as many questions. It would be a good time to build a rapport with the trainer to see if it would be a good fit. That’s why I always like to offer a free training session before starting a program. Your Personal Trainer should be someone who motivates you, keeps you accountable and genuinely wants to see you succeed in reaching your goals.
