Fortitude Fit is a business that wants to help you be the healthiest, strongest, happiest person you can be. We've coached clients of all backgrounds with goals spanning from fitting in a wedding dress, nutrition planning for diabetic control, and strength/power gain for athletic performance. All of our fitness professionals are Certified Personal Trainers and Nutrition Specialists, but most importantly, we encourage each of our clients to strive for greatness. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

A successful health & fitness journey requires perseverance, commitment, and consistency. Our pricing structure is monthly for a training and nutrition pack. Our packages include anything from corrective exercise to rehab to metabolic coaching, all based on your goals and needs. In my ten years training, this has led to greater results and long term success.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Always start with a complimentary "Intro" session. This session has 3 primary components: Movement assessment, Goal assessment, and Match. We first look at how your body moves (gait analysis, joint issues, overuse/stress, bilateral strength, etc.). Then, we discuss where you want your health to be, and the steps to take to get there. If you choose to move forward with us, we match you with the coach and schedule that works best for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Amongst the Fortitude team, there are eleven formal degrees, certifications, and specializations that relate to the services we offer. B.S. Exercise & Wellness B.S. How did you get started doing this type of work?

I personally had a lifechanging fitness journey and experienced the many benefits a healthier lifestyle can and will bring. Soon after, I wanted to help my family and friends improve their health, and from there it blossomed into a passionate career and business in fitness.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with a very large range of people. Currently, our clients' ages range from 13 years old to 80 years old, with differing goals from surgical rehabilitation, to general fitness and weight loss, to high-level athletic performance.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, we worked with an individual who attempted suicide several times just weeks before starting up. There was no previous experience with exercise, a lifetime of disordered eating to manage, and lots of self-doubt. It was definitely a challenge for all involved, but this individual made a life-altering transformation. Not only was there a huge weight loss, but internally there was a new person! I even received a call from their mother, and we cried together because her baby was the happiest, healthiest, and overall best she'd ever seen.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Any decision to invest in your health is a good decision. It could be the best decision you ever make if you find the right coach. When looking, make sure you find someone(s) who will guide you, educate you, and motivate you on your path to a healthier life!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is my main goal? Upon reaching this goal, how would my life be positively effected? What do I need to do to get there, and how can someone else help me reach that goal?
