What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to communicate and find out what expectations someone has for me to make sure I fulfill them. Discussing past exercise experience, goals, current nutrition and exercise habits along with any injuries or limitations as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduated N.P.T.I (National Personal Training Institute) 2006 N.A.S.M- CPT BJJ- Black Belt This is more then a "job" to me, it's my passion. I'm constantly learning and seeking to improve my skillset to help my clients. I'm always challenging myself to improve my knowledge and have a high level of experience on different functional strength training and mobility methods. I also work different Gymnastic movements, kettlebells and Muay Thai Kickboxing into my workouts as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

From an early age the human body always fascinated me and what it could do. As I got older I really enjoyed reaching people and helping them open up more doors and better their lives through fitness and nutrition.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with everyone from 8 years of age to 80. All with different needs and goals. I specialize in weight loss, athletic performance and muscle gain. Giving someone a completable challenge, safely working past their injuries/limitations to see results is where I REALLY excel. Taking all of the guesswork out of your health and fitness for you!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In the last 12 months, I've trained someone whose lost 60lbs and doing things they've never dreamed of doing before athletically. Their work has become much easier as it's physically demanding and they're currently going to compete in a 12hr ultra endurance race!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My job is to earn your trust, prove my value and that I'm not an idiot. A LOT of people possess the same job title as me but don't do the same job! Not everyone has the same skill set, or would be a good fit for you. Find out more about them, ask questions, and for a free session.
