At Retro Gym, we offer personal training without contracts or membership fees. Try a free session and then take advantage of our new client special: 6 half hour sessions for $90 or 6 hour sessions for $180. Normal rates are $30 per half hour session and $60 per hour session, but we offer lower rates for two or more people training together. Contact us for more information.

Retro Gym was founded with a passion for helping others improve their lives through exercise and good nutrition. Our founder was once overweight himself, weighing 300 lbs. After discovering the transformative power of personal training and applying the techniques from a personal training textbook, he lost 120 lbs within a year. This experience inspired him to share his knowledge and passion with others and ultimately led to the creation of Retro Gym.
