Hi! I am Cooper Certified in personal training , Biomechanics, Nutrition and Special Populations(medical issues). I have over 20 years experience in personal training working To help people of all ages achieve their fitness goals. I specialize in weight loss . I work out of my private studio in North DALLAS and there are no gym fees. I write an individual program for each client that is changed every 6 weeks designed to meet your fitness goals. I train 2 people each session, each person has their own program . Training is done only in my gym in North Dallas (Preston and Frankfort area zip code 75252). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge 35 per session for 1 hour of weight training . This also includes a nutrition and cardio plan that they will keep up at home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I set up a free consultation/evaluation so I can assess the level, goals and concerns of each client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 4 certifications from the Cooper Institute in Dallas for weight training, nutrition , pregnancy and dealing with special needs medical issues. I have 18 years experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I decided to become a personal trainer after losing weight on my own and helping friends do the same.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I provide 6 week programs, training with weights 2-3 times a week, designed for each persons individual goals. I assist with meal plans for weight loss and/or muscle gain. I have worked with clients from ages 17 to 80 years old . I have worked with clients who have varies medical issues . I have also trained numerous clients through pregnancy and after. Many of my clients came because they wanted to get in shape before their wedding and chose to keep up this healthy lifestyle.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have started training a few of my current and new clients incorporating an online program with their current personal training classes . One is more experienced and comes to me 2 times a week and when she goes out of town on business every week she has a calendar , sample exercises , ability to log in her work and take pictures so I can check on all. The newer clients have the same option with easier programs and more help from me . It is all very interesting to see how it all comes together. This online options just enhance the training when people have to miss lessons .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would look for someone with many years experience in personal training. I would also want a trainer with access to good equipment and training studio.
