Work with me at a private fully equipped gym in Austin, Texas. I've have specialty certifications in fitness nutrition, mental toughness, neuromuscular stretching, and MMA conditioning along with my personal training certification. My focus as your trainer is to help you achieve any and every goal you have in a realistic and sustainable way. I truly care about my clients well-being and strive to help you learn how to work out with proper form, consistency, and discipline. I will help you understand a diet model that is actually sustainable, and show you how you can enjoy your diet while hitting your goals. I will help you achieve any goal, nothing is impossible with the right mindset and the proper methods. I’m a body transformation specialist. I incorporate weights into most training programs and am very experienced in strength/hypertrophy methods (muscle building/fat loss). I have been training clients for more than 6 years. My training style is unique to each individual client depending on your goals. It doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey - I'll help you. Not all clients are alike. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My rates vary between $90-95/session for solo 1-1 sessions at my gym private gym. Mobile rates (I come to you vary between $120-150/session). Please contact me about group training rates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new clients, I spent extra time with during the first session working on goal setting, medical history, and current statistics. We'll find a time to meet together at the gym, and start with a verbal consultation followed by a workout if preferred.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been training clients for almost 6 years and have been working out myself for over 12 years now. I am a NASM certified trainer with specialty certifications in Fitness Nutrition, MMA Conditioning, Neuromuscular Stretching, and Mental Toughness. I am currently working on a specialty in Corrective Exercise.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I developed a passion for fitness at a young age. After developing my physique and strength gains, others noticed & started to ask for my advice. I quickly grew to realize that helping others achieve their goals was the most fulfilling work for me.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most heartfelt client was an older woman that had gotten diagnosed with cancer. Her doctors recommended she add some muscle in the early stages to prepare for the tougher parts of treatment. I worked with her for a few months and successfully added a good base of muscle for her in the short time we worked together. I found out months later that she won and beat her cancer. Even if I had the smallest bit of aid in helping her through the tough process - it means the world that I could help.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone you think looks good and you believe can help! Making sure the trainer looks the part is important.
