Introduction

PERSONAL TRAINING: - 8 Years Experience - Bachelors in Human Physiology - Applied science - Corrective Exercise - NASM Certified In Nutrition - National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified - CPR certified I believe in getting to the root of your goals from a full mind and body evaluation. I know physical health is tied to your emotional/ mental & nutritional well being. I’ve learned that focusing on more than giving you the tools- we also need to address the your mental and emotional health to ensure this is a life long change. I take your results very seriously and only work with those who are truly committed to this process for themselves. I have few openings & keep my client list small to ensure I am able to help my clients on a deeper level. Offering in person, virtual and online. All programs include access to custom workouts, meal plans, group training options, full accountability & weekly check- ins. PRICE & OPENINGS: Anywhere from $97-157 a session dependent on contract term and what program is needed. Minimum monthly cost is $500 for in person training & I have a 6 month contract period to ensure the best life long results. I have learned from experience that 6 months is the minimum to ensure a life long change & get my clients the greatest change, results & knowledge to do it on your own after the program ends. Online training programs are also offered as low as $100 a month. Current openings are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday & Friday during the day before 5pm. (No nights) My program: - Over the years of training I have learned that in order to help you long term we need to find an approach and lifestyle that will be a lifestyle for YOU long term. From mind to body so you get the best long lasting results. I believe you need to feel your best to do & look your best. It’s about finding what bets for your specific body type, nutritional & life requirements. This is not a one size fits all- this is tailored to you specifically and we do many tests to determine the best possible guide for you to use. -Also offering virtual sessions via Skype, FaceTime or zoom. No equipment required to get a great workout from home. My story: About 3 years ago I was overweight and was told it would be very difficult for me to lose weight with my thyroid issues and having PCOS. I knew I needed to get healthy again and through a lot of trial and error I figured out how to lose weight in a healthy maintainable way for people with & without hormonal problems. And I was able to lose 57 lbs. Paired with a lot of personal development I was able to change my life in a much larger scale. And it's the reason I created my own business to help others scale in more than just their health.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My Pricing is on a monthly basis or discounted for paid in full with a time commitment. I have several different packages depending on what the person really is needing. Because I include fully custom programs from your workouts to nutrition programs my prices reflect that- but still save money from hiring a trainer & nutritionist separately. I have my degree in physiology, NASM certification in nutrition & 6 + years of experience. This is my business & passion in life to help women in this way & is the reason I do not take on many clients at once so I am able to pour more into the women I choose to work with.
