Introduction

Hi! I'm Allie. I'm a graduate from UVU and graduated in exercise science! I'm a certified personal trainer in person and online who looks at things other than the numbers. My main goal is to help others learn that exercise isn't only for the body. I'm more interested in helping to form new healthy habits that they actually enjoy. I work to look past the number others may see on the scale and see the success in their own body, mind, and quality of life!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I have a few different deals! 90 Day Plan $2000 (2 sessions/week) ($83/session) $1500 (1 session/week) ($93.75/session) 30 Day Plan $750 (2 sessions/week) ($125/session) $550 (1 session/week) ($137.50/session) OR I do online training! $250/month (weekly check-in calls, app access, nutritional guidance, exercise plan) You’re always allowed and encouraged to reach out to me!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I always do a free assessment first to see if we would work well together! This consists of going over goals and writing them down, family history, medical history, current habits, old habits, and then what I feel would be an appropriate regimen for the client! We will go over the goals every week to make sure we are still on the right track. I’ll have you sign a waiver and let you know what the plan is!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I just graduated from university in December of 2021 with a bachelors degree in exercise science. I used to coach and teach gymnastics to kids ages 4-15 and loved it! I did a personal training internship in summer of ‘18. I got NASM certified for personal training in 2019. I currently coach a high school lacrosse team.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Well, I honestly wasn’t interested in it until I met my husband! He loves this stuff too, so I would workout with him! It gives me a little bit of structure in my day. I have pretty bad anxiety, but this is something I can control. I also like just pushing myself and do things I never thought I could!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked mostly with young adults, adults, and older (70+) customers. I’ve worked a little bit with kids.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Know your goals, find a provider who you get along with and truly wants you to improve!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What do you really want to accomplish in the long term? What is the motivator for you? Are there any specific things we can do as professionals to help you succeed?
