Introduction

I help adults make lasting health changes to live an active, fulfilling life. Forget fad diets, excessive cardio and sleepless nights—work with a compassionate trainer who focuses on safe, enjoyable, evidence-based movement. Together, we will tailor your fitness, nutrition, and recovery plans to help you achieve your goals. We will focus on changing one habit at a time to reach your goals, with an emphasis on core training, balance training, and building confidence in the weight room. Special attention will be given to injury rehabilitation to ensure safe and effective progress. Silver Clients hold a special place in my heart. Aging never needs to slow us down.
