What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I fully customize all workout programs to ensure you get exactly what you need! To get started, I will ask you a few questions about yourself, goals, and current fitness level. Then we will set up a complimentary, one-hour fitness assessment. This allows me to get a deeper understanding of your individual needs and gives you an intro to the full training experience!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my bachelors degree in Kinesiology for Exercise Science from the University of Utah. In addition, I have a minor in nutrition and CPT from NASM.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have loved fitness since I was 15 years old! I discovered that helping others reach their goals and increasing their quality of life is extremely rewarding! I decided to pursue my education and receive a deeper understanding of fitness so I can help others reach their goals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with people of all different backgrounds and abilities, ranging from ages 15 to 71. Some examples of clients are; losing weight for weddings, training for marathons, increasing their strength after injuries, and even training for powerlifting competitions!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was training a young client who got injured after heavy lifting without having a proper introduction to form and technique. He could not squat or deadlift without severe pain. After two months of training together, he was pain free and continued to increase his strength!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Knowing your 'why' is very important! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, sticking to your goals and being consistent will be key to success.
