How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have had experience working with all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. Working with athletes, the geriatric population, young adults, and even the average individual looking to make changes in their life through weight loss, resistance training, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
in June of 2016, my wife and I had the opportunity to be a part of a humanitarian project in Santiago, Chile. We spent an entire week building a church and providing service for the locals down there. It was such an incredible experience to give back to a community of people in South America. It gave me perspective of how people can be so grateful while having so little.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Primarily look for the provider's education, passion for what they do/provide, current/up-to-date certifications and insurance coverage, as well as consistent continuing education. Ongoing learning means continual growth in their area of expertise, as well as a desire to be educated with current research. Success in any field requires a passion of learning.
