I offer packages with a variety of rates depending on how many sessions purchased together, location (my studio vs your location), and travel fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Each client has a unique situation especially depending on their exercise history, medical issues, age, learning style etc. We are both learning about each other during this initial phase... taking things conservatively through communication, patiences, repetition, noting how your body reacts to the workouts etc

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Degree in General Studies In Science NASM Certification Parillo Fitness and Nutrition Certification Post Rehabilitation Specialist USA National Team Gymnast 1995 thru 1997 Competed in Fitness Competitions in 2000's 3 Knee Operations 2 Elbow Operations

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the past 23 years... I have worked with every type of customer. More so those with medical issues and injury rehabilitation

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's important to have a connection with your trainer... but also very important that they give you their full undivided attention during sessions... punctual... dependable... knowledgable... and accommodating
