I have always been a natural and athlete. Helping people achieve their goals is what drives me.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a client that I helped to lose over 150 lbs! We developed a fitness and meal plan that helped to achieve success.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just look at the price, ensure that you are comfortable with the trainer. Ensure that you have a rapport that will lend to a shared commitment.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

This career is a passion of mine and I love what I do. There is no "punching a clock" for me. I am on call 24 hrs a day for my clients.
