unfold fold
My journey into personal training stems from diverse experiences, including 5 combat tours in Afghanistan, preparing soldiers for combat, numerous athletic endeavors, coaching football, and my desire pass on my experiences to rising athletes. While coaching youth sports, I discovered the need for custom fitness training for athletes and clients who to achieve peak athletic performance...physically and mentally.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with football players (youth to high school), soccer athletes, track sprinters, distance runners, and basketball players looking to improve speed, agility, and explosive movement. My training helps football athletes develop faster acceleration, soccer players improve quick cuts, track athletes refine sprint mechanics, distance runners build endurance speed, and basketball players enhance lateral agility. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
In just three months, I helped a 14-year-old football player drop his 40-yard dash time from 5.4 to 5.2 seconds through a targeted mix of strength training, sprint mechanics, and explosive movement work. We focused on trap bar deadlifts, Bulgarian split squats, sled sprints, and plyometrics to build power and acceleration. Sprint drills refined his knee drive, arm mechanics, and ground contact efficiency, while mobility work improved movement efficiency. The result? Faster starts, better acceleration, and more confidence on the field. With the right training and technique adjustments, speed gains are possible for any athlete willing to put in the work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Trust the process. I prioritize consistency and behavioral change for success in peak athletic performance. Our training philosophy revolves around self-efficacy concept of preparation, belief, and effort. We advocate for gradual yet impactful changes, recognizing that small steps over time lead to significant improvements in performance.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Clients should make sure the trainer is certified and can legally train clients. Make sure the coach is the right fit for your goals and personality. Our staff is fully qualified with recognized fitness and nutrition certifications in addition to relevant experience in athletics. Next, they should decide on their specific fitness goals, current fitness level, and preferred training environment (in-person, online, or hybrid).
