Developed experience from commercial gyms (24 Hour Fitness and Sport & Health) I built the knowledge and experience to bring the gym to you at your convenience at your own home or office/apartment gym with minimal equipment and space still achieving an optimal yet effective workout. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Training a client of mine for over 6 months lost a total of 50 pounds while gaining muscle using no special or complex tactics. Our approach has been the intention to work together 2-4 times a week training mastering the basic movements (squat, deadlift, push, pressing, with some cardio), no strict diet but eating intuitively and most importantly enjoying our time. The Results became the byproduct.
