What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$550 per month for a 1 Month Training Agreement $450 per month for a 3 Month Training Agreement $350 per month for a 12 Months Training Agreement $40 for General Membership All prices are 50% off for students except for General Membership. Training is unlimited so the more you train, the more valuable your training becomes. If you break the price down per session we are much more affordable than anything else on the market.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free assessment and trial session. During that time we can determine strengths and weaknesses, talk about goals and come up with our plan to get there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

B.S. in Kinesiology and Sports Management from James Madison University M.S. in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University 12 years of professional experience working as a strength coach in a variety of settings including past work for Velocity Sports Performance, VCU, and the United States Army.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this type of work when I became interested in studying Kinesiology in college. After 4 years of study I worked at various commercial gyms until I went on to pursue my Masters at VCU. There I became a strength and conditioning coach and assisted with every athletic team there. After my time at VCU I went on to do several other things including personal training and working as a strength and conditioning coach for the United States Army.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've personally worked with thousands upon thousands of people over the course of my career and as you can imagine, I've encountered nearly everything. I typically have clients that are focused on performance and need to train for one reason or another.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Understand what you're buying. The fitness industry if full of bad information but the bottom line is that fitness isn't as complicated as people make it seem. My job is to simplify your life, not make it more difficult.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Consider how committed you really are. Training is an investment in yourself and should be treated with respect.
