Introduction

I enjoy working with clients of all types, from those who are recovering from an injury, or want to change their sedentary ways, to athletes looking to increase strength, endurance and flexibility. Because every client is different, I create a custom program for each individual based on their needs, abilities and interests. No two workouts are ever the same, so getting fit becomes fun rather than a chore. I choose to encourage my clients, rather than break them down and always end a session on a positive. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge based on location (you come to me or I come to you) and length of session (30,45,60 minutes). Clients are billed at the beginning of each month for estimated number of sessions, excused absences are carried over to following month.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I offer a free intro session where we chat about goals and do a fitness assessment. If time permits, we get a quick basic workout in. If after the intro session we decide we are a good fit, we discuss cost and future scheduling.
