Hey, whats going on? Thanks for checking out my thumbtack profile, my name is Steven Thibert and I am a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I am extremely passionate about both. I tie the two elements together in a unique lifestyle approach to ensure we help you in more than just one endeavor because oftentimes it requires both for us to get results. Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing varies depending on desired services. I do offer discounts to clients that buy packages of sessions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My process of working with a new customer is a phone consultation where we discuss your struggles, your goals, both my expectations as well as yours. As we get to know one another I explain what I have envisioned for your journey and if it is a good fit we move forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Certified Personal Trainer-AFAA Certified Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition-Pn1) Certified Nutrition Expert (Precision Nutrition-Pn2)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started doing this kind of work because I had been getting back into fitness for about a year at the time (7 years ago) and I had some pretty good success researching and testing different programs and protocols on my own body. I suddenly had a traumatic life event take place career-wise and it left me searching for a new career path. I love working with others and helping them improve their life in any way I can and I thought it would be an incredibly empowering experience to do this as an occupation. So here I am, to help YOU!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with the general public, student athletes, housewives, senior citizens, folks with common and uncommon injuries, etc Just about anything you can think of.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Transforming lives is what I'm passionate about and I'm fond of all the transformations whether physically, mentally or emotionally for my clients. Obviously, it's a journey and results vary. Let's discuss what it will take to reach yours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The advice I would give a customer looking to hire a professional in my line of work would be to do your research. Make sure you aren't just hiring a cookie cutter personal trainer. Make sure you are hiring someone with a passion for what he/she does and someone who is looking out for YOUR best interest not their own. Someone who will individualize your program around your unique lifestyle factors.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
This goes along with the above question but to add to my response I would say, ask yourself how willing are you to commit? Are you willing to try things you have never tried and implement strategies you may be unsure about to ensure that THIS time is DIFFERENT? Change is hard! Are you Ready, Willing, and Able?
