Introduction

Good Time Fitness has a very gradual exercise program. We’re not going to kill you on the first day. We meet each client at their current fitness level and progress at a pace that is specific to each person depending on their age, conditioning, and previous injuries. What makes us different from other trainers is we take the time to record workouts to make sure each client is making progress instead of just making people tired and sweaty.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
1-on-1 Personal Training: $79 per session Semi-Private Personal Training (2-4 people max): $45 per person / session

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When we work with new customers we are extra cautious to not over train them. When someone is new to exercise or has taken a long break it's very important to not give them too much stress from the first few workouts. When we acquire a new customer we make sure to meet them at their starting point.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our trainers have the following degrees: B.Sc Exercise Science & B.Sc Clinical Physiology.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We enjoy helping others become healthier. As personal trainers it's astonishing how many lives we can impact and we couldn't see ourselves doing any other line of work. We are able to teach others our favorite hobby through out the work week and not many people are able to do that.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We mainly train software developers that come to us with very little exercise experience.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for a trainer that writes down your repetitions, sets, and resistance to make sure you're making progress during your personal training sessions. If your trainer is just making you sweat, you need to find a new trainer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What structured program are we going to follow for me to meet my specific goals? How is this program going to help me meet my specific goals?
