I am a versatile professional with a diverse background in snowboard instruction, physical therapy, and personal training. Over four seasons, I've honed as a snowboard instructor at Stevens Pass, delivering high-quality lessons to groups and individuals of all ages and abilities. With six-months of experience as a physical therapist aide, I have a deeper understanding of human anatomy, physiology, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. As a personal trainer for the past 3 years, I've excelled in designing individualized workout programs and providing nutrition and lifestyle coaching to a wide range of clients. My unique blend of skills and experience, along with my strong communication and interpersonal abilities, make me an invaluable asset as a trainer.

My base rates are $100 per hour. -$10 if we train weekly - additional $10 if we train more than once/week +$20 for travel. I offer a free 30-45 minute workout at my gym's location upon request.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to ask a few fundamental questions before we get started to help understand you and your goals, and to help shape your goals as well. As we train more, I will adapt our workouts to fit your needs and make sure you hit your goals. From there I offer a multitude of services beyond training, including nutrition coaching, assisted stretching, and more as options to further assist your goals. Me and my business's vision is to be able to give you a one-stop shop for all of your fitness needs.

At the end of the day, transforming your body takes consistency. Even if you only train with me once a week, you will also need to take care of your diet, your hydration, your sleep, and workout on your own. This is a lifestyle change, not a 30 day transformation change. I'm not here to help you transform in 30 days, I'm here to help you change for the rest of your life.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Can you find time to prioritize: -Sleep -Healthy diet - Hydration -Being active at least 2-3 times a week. Do you know roughly what your goals are? If you want to build muscle be prepared to eat more food!
