Hello! I'm a national certified personal trainer and I train my clients at Fortified Fitness, located in Renton, WA. I've had weightlifting and sports as a major part of my life for over 10 years! While I've played in high school, club and collegate sports, I've also completed sports conditioning, sports medicine and weight-lifting classes at a university level, while following my passion for fitness and health. As a personal trainer, I am available for my clients over text and phone calls, and I respond as quickly as possible. I also write custom nutrition plans if desired. My training style ranges from resistance training, strength training, functional fitness, sports-specific training, sports conditioning, and weight-loss.
