What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

weoffer two different price structures with 60 or 30 min sessions. Depending on fitness goals and client availability. 60min- $85/session 30min: $60/session Note: Each new client will receive a complementary 60 min consultation to discuss your health & fitness goals along w/ an initial assessment to measure movement and strength levels which will allow me to understand how we will reach your goals most effectively. *Pricing will very for at home training depending on location and training frequency.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First session is a complementary 60 min consultation to discuss your health and fitness goals. Includes exercise history and background, dietary restrictions, injury history, interests/hobbies, limitations, etc. It will also include an initial assessment to measure your movement and strength levels allowing me to measure imbalances or limitations. With this information we will be able to recommend and individualize the best plan to reach your goals most effectively.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are Certified Personal Trainers with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have 8+ years of experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. Specialty Certifications: NASM: Corrective Exercise Specialist NASM: Behavioral Change Specialist NASM: Group Personal Training Specialist Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification Additionally, I am First-Aid, CPR and AED certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve been passionate about health and fitness since when I was a kid. I started my journey with martial arts, then college sports, and ultimately fitness competitions. My journey allowed me to nurture my competitive nature and helped me embrace a growth mindset with whatever I do. Volunteering for the fire service in Arizona for over four years helped me uncover a devotion towards helping others. When I combined that devotion with my passion for health and fitness, it led me to my calling and fueled me to become a top fitness professional.

At Mark Athletics Rx we understand that each individual is unique with a different background and a set of heath & fitness goals. We individualize each training program that fits the clients needs and time frame. Each client has their own training program based on the findings during the 60 min. complementary consultation, not only making sure the clients are enjoying the program but, they are reaching their goals and are able to sustain them.
