What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with an assessment and questionnaire to find out if we would be a good fit. From there we discuss goals and formulate a plan that guarantees success for you personally.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Masters degree in nutrition & exercise science, experiencing training at 3 commercial gyms and now at pinnacle health and fitness in Madison. A certified personal trainer (ACSM) and strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been training in the gym since I was 14 and fell in love with it. Integrit performance provides years of hands-on personal training experience and decades of self-experimentation to the table. My passion to help people physically function better and pain-free led me to a career in fitness and nutrition. "Building resilient humans through physical culture" is our mission.
