What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a phone conversation or zoom call and talk about particulars. Ask the customer what makes them comfortable or what makes them uncomfortable.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Took a course at Full Time Filmakers for videography and photography. I am a Certified repair tech for Apple Inc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

4 years ago I was stepped down as head basketball coach for a travel basketball team due to me getting married and picked up a camera and never looked back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Ive worked with professional NBA athletes. Ive worked with realtors. Ive also worked with TV producers from the TV network Discover Channel.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Worked on a racing TV show called the Fastest 12. It was a fun project. I was able to work with the sound guy who does sound with Mr. Beast a famous YouTube content creator.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for consistent communication, Quality Work and Timely assistance.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask the professional about his/her style of work. How do they like to film or photograph certain things. What are some strong areas and areas of opportunity.
