Introduction

As your photographer, I aim to capture not only the big moments but the little ones too. I work to curate images that capture the in-between that would be forgotten otherwise. It is in the small moments between the groom and his mom before the ceremony or a dad making his daughter laugh that are important to notice and hold on to. I am not the photographer that is there to take the photos on the shot list and be finished. I am there to capture the atmosphere, the people, the smells, and the conversation. I want to be the person who sees the moments unfolding and ties everything together when I send you your photos. You are the most important part of my job, and I find joy in being part of your journey.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, I will ask them what their vision is for the shoot. Sometimes people want a simple shoot where we arrive at the time we decided and stay in one location. Other times, they might envision a mix of industrial and natural settings as the backdrop. I always want the customer to walk away feeling like they got exactly what they wanted. I aim to scout out the area we decide on before hand, so you don't have to worry about where we should take photos. I got that covered!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been working as a photographer for an online boutique since 2019. This job has given me the insight into working with people who have maybe never been in front of a camera before or aren't sure how to pose. It has given me the confidence and talent to work with anyone and in any type of environment, because you never know the lighting situation or what the weather will be like. So hiring me insures you have a professional who knows how to adapt!
