Introduction

*2025 update: Please reach out to me via Thumbtack ONLY if you are 100% set on booking with me - Thumbtack charges me a *lot* of money per lead, which means a lot to me as a small business! (See alt means to reach 0ut in links) I specialize in beginners! Whether it's your first time getting your photos done or your seventeenth, I want to do my best to make you feel comfortable and look great in every shot. My style of shooting and editing is warm, fun, candid and simple. I try to keep it as uncomplicated as possible! I particularly excel in natural light portraits for graduation, high school seniors, couples, and professionals, and I have experience shooting various events in the past. I'm currently based in Chandler, AZ. I've been shooting for my side business for roughly 3+ years now, but have about 6+ years of experience in photography overall. Photography is just something I love doing! Please feel free to check out my online portfolio for a more extensive view of my work.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I have a 50% nonrefundable booking retainer fee to save your spot in my calendar and encourage attendance. I have a $15 travel fee for anywhere 20 miles outside Chandler, and studio rental fees may be incurred. This is why I recommend shooting outdoors, too! We are blessed with a ton of beautiful locations in the Valley.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like getting to know you! We will probably chat a lot during our session. I want to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible during your experience with me & that we get photos that "feel like you".

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am predominantly self-taught. Most of my education comes from my over 6 years of overall shooting experience and developed intuition.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started shooting with a little point-and-shoot at a young age, and got my first "official" camera in high school. I started doing friends' senior photos in high school, and then decided to try and branch further by establishing Glympse Photography in college as a side hustle! I have been fortunate enough to work with a number of people in the few years this side business has been established.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Though I’ve had clients from just about every background, I typically work with high school and college-age students, as students usually need graduation portraits and headshots for resumes and clubs. I find myself working with a lot of down-to-earth people who just would like high quality photos, but have a smaller budget to work with.
