What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our focus at the beginning is to get to know our clients and their vision for their special day very thoroughly, while answering any and all questions they may have, so a client may also get to know us really well. 1. We help get an idea of your wedding-day timeline, giving suggestions based on each couple's vision and needs. 2. We will ask specific questions, so when we arrive on the day of your wedding, we will know the most important things about your wedding and the people attending. 3. We tell you the final pricing in written, so its always there in front of you when making the decision. 4. And beause we are so awesome ;) , when you confirm with us, you will recieve a proposal and contract to sign with a portal access, so you always have the documents whenever you need to view it. 5. Now that you have us booked, we will always be there for you leading up to your wedding, checking in a 2month call if preferred and final call to see if any changes has been made. 6. Now its your wedding day! By now we have chatted so much, that you will feel like you have an additonal friend there to help you make your wedding day as perfect as you envisioned!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are absolutely dedicated to being lifetime learners! Members of “Professional Photographers of America” we have been through, and continuously go through, an enormous amount of education and training to keep up with the latest technology and advances. We absolutely love what we do, and our goal is to be among the best wedding photographers in the entire country, so we may always deliver unique, and timeless images of your special day…you and your entire family will absolutely love forever!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of clients, in many parts of the world! We absolutely love working with any couple that is kind, and is totally in Love! No matter the type, gender, affiliation, their belief, or where they are from! We will work with any kind, and in-love couple looking for great engagement or wedding photographers to capture their journey.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This question is very hard to answer, because we love people, and almost always leave an engagement, and/or wedding being fond of, and absolutely loving the people we worked with!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you hire a wedding photographer that not only have the right equipment, are always punctual, have the experience, education and training necessary to achieve amazing results, but also care very much, and are very passionate about your big day! We absolutely Love what we do, and we GUARANTEE it will show!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Clients should know that their special day is going to be in hands of experienced, passionate, caring, and professional wedding photographers they can trust! Questions to ask: - What is their style? - Will they take the time to learn about your big day? - Will they learn about you, and your guests? - Will your wishes be respected? - What is included in your package? - Approx. how many photos will your be getting? - Will there be a good balance of Formal and Candid Photos? - What process with your photos go through before you get them? - How long after the wedding will you get to see your photos? - What is the quality of the equipment they will use? - Will they bring their own proper lighting? - How will they dress for your special day? - Will they be punctual and come early enough to set up? - Will they provide exceptional customer service, not only to their client, but also, all their guests? These are all very important questions to ask, to ensure you will get only the best wedding photographer for your wedding or engagement. You don't want to look at your photos years from now and regret you did not hire a professional photographer for your most important day!
