What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process is pretty simple. I start by listening and asking questions about goals and results the customer wants to get. Then I usually discussing possible looks and locations. After I can also ask to send me some examples of what the customer want. In a meantime, I usually create a mood board and photoshoot plan and sending it to the customer for approval. Then we discussing a date and time. After Photoshoot I always asking about preferences in retouching. Then the customer getting their photos I always discussing the results in case if there's a need to fix the retouching or order more photos for it. In the end, I always appreciate feedback and recommendations.
