What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am a People person and hold no ill will towards anyone. I Strive to keep the Customer Happy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process is to Find a price we can both agree on, set the details and take a deposit to hold the date and time. Usually about a third. I follow through beforehand and show up on time or early. I stay for the allotted time or until I am released. I do my best to get the photos or video done in a timely fashion. pictures done in a day or 2, and video as soon as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor's in the Arts of Telecommunications and Film from CSULA Associates in Broadcast and Cinema Associates in Liberal Arts and Sciences Certified in Broadcast and Cinema

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this type of work by winning competitions in highschool and decided to go to college for Film and television. Stuck with it and graduated with honors. I've worked for other companies and decided to work for myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with All types of customers from nationality to social class etc. I Have business clients and private. my customers call me back for every event.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently shot a project that helps socially challenged autistic kids and teens to socialize better and understand situations better. it was over 3 days, and it was fulfilling as well as lucrative.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is to take into affect that photographers have overhead like any other business and need to make a living just like the next person. Photographers Dont always have the luxury of working everyday and spend days not shooting Editing and promoting their business. The time that is being paid for is not Just the hours working at the venue, but the time and money spent to get the job and to the venue and all overhead associated with it. Most photographers do not book 2 or more shoots in a day. Weekends are more expensive because that is the most booked time for photographers and sets how much they make for the week. photographers need to eat and have breaks. Camera gear is heavy and expensive.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much coverage do we want? Do I want low cost or high quality? What kind of shoot do I want? Do I want an insured photographer?
