unfold fold
We’re currently filling our calendar for the remaining season and would love to capture your special moments! Our 1-hour Santa Barbara Courthouse elopement package includes two lead photographers for $500, ensuring every meaningful detail is beautifully documented.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
After confirming availability, we require a 50% retainer to secure your date, along with a quick agreement to finalize the booking. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before your event. This ensures a smooth and stress-free experience, allowing us to focus on capturing your special moments beautifully!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
With over 12 years of experience as a husband-and-wife wedding photography team, we’ve honed our craft through countless weddings, elopements, and engagement sessions. Our expertise comes from hands-on experience, continuous learning, and a deep passion for storytelling through photography. We’ve also trained extensively in both digital and film photography, ensuring we capture authentic and timeless images in any setting.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our journey into wedding photography began with our shared passion for storytelling and capturing real, meaningful moments. What started as a love for photographing friends and family quickly turned into a full-time career as we realized how much we enjoyed documenting love stories. Over the past 12+ years, we’ve refined our craft, working with incredible couples and capturing their most cherished memories. Today, we feel honored to be a part of such special moments, creating timeless images that will be treasured for generations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with down-to-earth couples who value genuine moments and beautifully crafted imagery. Our clients appreciate timeless, authentic photography and trust us to capture their love story in a way that feels natural and effortless. Whether it’s an intimate elopement, a romantic engagement session, or a courthouse ceremony, we love working with couples who cherish meaningful connections and want their photos to reflect their true personalities and emotions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project we loved was an intimate elopement at the Santa Barbara Courthouse, where the couple exchanged vows in the late afternoon, taking advantage of the beautiful architecture and soft natural light. After capturing their ceremony and portraits on the courthouse grounds, we scheduled a separate golden-hour session at the beach to ensure the best lighting for both settings. This approach allowed us to create a stunning collection of timeless images without feeling rushed. We always enjoy working at the courthouse, local parks, and the beach, and we’re happy to recommend the perfect location based on your vision.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The wedding photographer is the only vendor that the bride and groom spend the entire wedding day with, so take time to meet with photographers before choosing one. Make sure you can be comfortable with them since that is probably the most important factor in getting great images. They should be responsive and have the ability to help you plan the day-of timeline.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Choose a photographer whose style matches your vision, communicates well, and makes the process enjoyable and stress-free while bringing your ideas to life.
