Your joy is my priority! I'm focused on creating a photography experience that is fun, easy and stress-free! I'm Rob Skinner. For the last 10 years, I’ve been capturing beautiful wedding days! Nine years ago, I fell in love with a woman named Marian and we were married within a year of our first date. I’ve been right where you are, engaged and equal parts excited & overwhelmed. When all of this crazy planning is over, I have no doubt your wedding day will be amazing - full of love and celebration. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will try an work within your budget. There are no hidden fees and you retain all rights to your photographs. This enables you to use them however you would like.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually begin with an email to check dates, and then setup a meeting to learn more about your wedding day and the details of how I can tell your story.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in photography from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara California.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My love of Photography began when I learned photographic printing in the darkroom when I was 12. Shortly after this I began working with a small camera, taking it wherever I went and exploring the magic of storytelling through the lens.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, family portraits, corporate events,head shots.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would look at the photographers work and see if it resonates with your style of thinking and how you see your own wedding. I love weddings and I will customize any package to suit your needs and tell your unique story.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are there any photographs that are more important to you on your wedding day? Having a good sense of your time line will also be helpful in getting the story of your wedding, and creating those natural and beautiful images.
